Easter, one of my favorite holidays...He has Risen!!!! We spent the morning in the park with our church. I was so excited to see my bestie Tally and her family there, so we enjoyed a great message on the grass with our families. Of course my parents hosted an egg hunt at their house which was a great time. The best part of this Easter was being able to have Caroline, Malcolm and the kids over with us. After eating loads (as Rosie would say) of sweets and food, we headed to my Mother in Love's house for a wonderful dinner to stuff our faces even more and boy was is delicious, Sandie never disappoints! It was a perfect Easter, and we hope there will be more Easter's spent with their family.

mom, look at my egg....Next to Christmas, Easter is my next favorite holiday. I have always loved this holiday even as a little girl. It was a time to celebrate that Jesus has risen, I can remember almost every one of my Easters. I always had a fancy new dress and even though we went to church every Sunday, this Easter Sunday was always so special. Now that I am grown up, I still look forward to Easter Sunday and this year was a blast as always. The day started at our wonderful church, then we headed to my parents for some great family time with all the rest of my family. Even though the weather was a bit cold, Taelor still had on her fancy dress as she was so excited weeks before to wear it and Ethan looked as cute as ever in his attire too (nothing too fancy, just a green polo shirt, boy clothes are just not the same hype :) The kids had a blast hanging out with their cousins and I had a great time chatting with all the wonderful ladies in my family. I hope everyone had a great Easter and really celebrated the true meaning of Easter.

Easter

All done for the day!I just love Easter. It is one of my favorite holidays. I love the meaning of Easter and everything that comes along with the day, the dresses, the perfect outfits, the Easter baskets, eggs, but most of all remembering what Christ did for us. His amazing love is so AWESOME!! Our Easter was great. Taelor wanted to make sure the Easter bunny saw her room and was so excited to see what he brought her. We colored Easter eggs and had an egg hunting was a blast at my parents house, the kids enjoyed it. Ethan found 1 egg and that was all he cared about. My Dad is a bit crazy with the egg hunt thing and has the eggs numbered and each number is worth a certain $$ amount. So needless to say Taelor's eggs were worth $10, gees when I was a kid we just found eggs and there was no money attached, times have sure changed!
