Taelor is 7 weeks old

Wow, the past 7 weeks have been the best 7 weeks of our lives. We cannot believe how fast time is going by. We are so in love with our little girl, she is so cute and has such a wonderful personality. We can already tell what her personality is going to be like. She has lots of energy, seems to be little Miss independent already, likes to know what is going on around her, loves to talk (wonder who she gets that from?) and play (but only for a little while as she gets too over stimulated) and she is such a wiggly worm and cannot sit still unless she is tired (even then sometimes she just fights going to sleep). But most of all she is adorable and we cannot stop staring at her in awe and we fall in love with her over and over again every day.
Taelor had her first smile at 4 weeks, it is the cutest thing and makes your heart sink. Taelor is a talker and babbles lots of baby words. Saul carries on the funniest conversations with her and she talks right back to him. These are some of our favorite times with her.
Well, sleeping has been getting better over the past few weeks. Taelor finally is in her routine and knows when bedtime is. After her bath she knows it is time to go to bed. The last week has been a turning point with Taelor, she no longer likes to be rocked to sleep (mommy is kind of sad, but I know it is for the best), she likes to be layed down and she will fall alseep on her own(with the help of her binkie for now). She is going longer stretches at night now and only wakes up most nights around 2:30-3:00am and then wakes again around 7am, so we are getting sleep.
As for mommy and daddy we are doing well. We are just so in love with our little girl. We cannot imagine life without her, she has touched and won our hearts. This new chapter in our lives is such a wonderul experience, we cannot wait for all the memories that we will have with Taelor. We are enjoying every moment and learning as we go. Being a parent is so rewarding and we love it so much. Words can't even express the way we feel. We look forward to all the new things Taelor will experience and learn and even though I want her to stay a baby forever, we look forward to seeing her grow!
We hope you enjoy looking at all the pictures ( I know I take a lot, I just can't help it)!
