2 more weeks to go!

Wow only 2 more weeks to go and our precious angel will be here (hopefully she will come on time). We cannot believe how fast her arrival day is approaching. We are so excited but yet also nervous. The anticipation of her arrival is so exciting. We are pretty much ready for her to come but the unknown of when that will be is also the fun part of it.
As for me, I am doing good. I am only 1 cm dialated, 50% efaced (thinned) and her head is very low my Dr. says. I am feeling a lot of pelvic pressure which is somewhat uncomfortable at times but I thank God I am still feeling good. My feet have swollen and yes I have cankles!! They look like elephant feet, but at least they only look bad, because they don't hurt (yet)! I am getting more tired these days but I need to keep up the walking if I want her to come on time. Tomorrow is my last day of work, so hopefully I will have at least one week to rest before she comes.
Saul is doing well, he is getting so excited for her to come. He is still pampering me like always (I do have the best husband in the world!). Everyday though, when I call he doesn't know if it is going to be the call to tell him we need to go to the hospital so he just eagerly awaits right along with me. We are trying to squeeze in as many date nights as we can and have been going to the movies also, because we know it may be a while when we can get to the movies after she is here.
Well we hope everyone is doing well and getting ready for Christmas. We have come to terms that we may just be spending Christmas in the hospital this year, but it will be all worth it and the best Christmas ever either way! (But Grandma Alanis will have to make sure she brings us some tamales....cause what is Christmas without them! ) We will keep you posted on how I am doing and when she arrives. Hopefully this will not be the last update before she comes.
We want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and keep us in your prayers!
